A mission‑driven real estate investment platform is seeking a Asset Manager- Multifamily to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of newly built multifamily housing.
Responsibilities
• Oversee construction progress through coordination with owners' reps and project teams
• Review plans, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor quality, schedule, and budget adherence across active developments
• Support pre‑construction planning and contract administration
• Manage investor and lender draw processes
• Serve as a key liaison during construction and lease‑up phases
• Track financial and operational performance at the project level
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in asset management, development, or related fields
• Strong understanding of multifamily development; affordable housing experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
